Returns Policy
- A register receipt must accompany all returns.
- All merchandise must be in new and resalable condition. Textbooks that have been written in or been damaged in any way may not be returned.
- All general merchandise returns and exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- All textbooks may be returned within fourteen (14) days of the start date of class.
No textbooks may be returned after that time.
- Course packets are non returnable.
- Textbooks are not returnable if shrink wrap is broken or disks are used or missing.
- Special order books are not returnable.
- All clearance items are not returnable.
- Cash refunds are not permitted on credit card purchases. Refunds will be issued to credit card used for purchase.
- Cash refunds will not be permitted for students with outstanding accounts. Credit will be issued to the account.
- Checks will be accepted for the value of the sale with a valid identification.
- A ten (10) day waiting period is required for refunds that were purchased by check.
Curriculum Returns
- Curriculum must be returned prior to the start date of the quarter for which it is purchased.
- All merchandise must be in new and resalable condition.
- Credit will be issued to the purchasing church or individual. No cash refunds will be given for curriculum.
- All Vacation Bible School returns must be made prior to June 1 for a full refund. Any returns after that date will be offered only a partial refund. No returns will be accepted after July 1.
- Defective materials may be returned for replacement or credit
