This Form
is to be completed as instructed below. A
Field Education Event, for the purposes of
this form, is defined as an event that falls
within the categories listed in the Manual and occurs off campus. During any given semester,
AIM students must be involved in ministry
activities from the categories described
in the Field
Education Manual during the
reporting periods listed below, with a total
of 10-12 different events per semester. If
you are unsure as to whether or not a particular
activity qualifies, please consult the Field
Education Director Chris Cable.
